In 1987, I completed a Licentiate at the Royal Academy of Music (LRAM), London, England, studying with Kendall Taylor C.B.E. I moved along the 88 keys from there, attaining my Masters of Music Degree in piano performance and literature from the University of Western Ontario. I’ve been a medallist and award winner in numerous international competitions and have given recitals in the United Kingdom, the U.S.A. and in Canada, presenting works by Debussy and Ravel at the Elora Festival and most recently playing solo piano works of Grieg and collaborating with Da Capo Chamber Choir.
My career also includes activity as a coach, chamber musician and accompanist, singer and conductor. I sing with, and frequently accompany, the Elora Festival Singers. I teach piano and keyboard literature at Conrad Grebel University College, Waterloo.
